just few days back i received a mail...............
and it said....................

T he woman in your life...
Tomorrow you may get a working woman, but you should marry her with these facts as well.
Here is a girl, who is as much educated as you are; Who is earning almost as much as you do;
One, who has dreams and aspirations just as you have because she is as human as you are;
One, who has never entered the kitchen in her life just like you or your Sister haven't, as she was busy in studies and competing in a system that gives no special concession to girls for their culinary achievements
One, who has lived and loved her parents & brothers & sisters, almost as much as you do for 20-25 years of her life;
One, who has bravely agreed to leave behind all that, her home, people who love her, to adopt your home, your family, your ways and even your family ,name
One, who is somehow expected to be a master-chef from day #1, while you sleep oblivious to her predicament in her new circumstances, environment and that kitchen
One, who is expected to make the tea, first thing in the morning and cook food at the end of the day, even if she is as tired as you are, maybe more, and yet never ever expected to complain; to be a servant, a cook, a mother, a wife, even if she doesn't want to; and is learning just like you are as to what you want from her; and is clumsy and sloppy at times and knows that you won't like it if she is too demanding, or if she learns faster than you;
One, who has her own set of friends, and that includes boys and even men at her workplace too, those, who she knows from school days and yet is willing to put all that on the back-burners to avoid your irrational jealousy, unnecessary competition and your inherent insecurities;
Yes, she can drink and dance just as well as you can, but won't, simply Because you won't like it, even though you say otherwise
One, who can be late from work once in a while when deadlines, just like yours, are to be met;
One, who is doing her level best and wants to make this most important, relationship in her entire life a grand success, if you just help her some and trust her;
One, who just wants one thing from you, as you are the only one she knows in your entire house - your unstinted support, your sensitivities and most importantly - your understanding, or love, if you may call it.
But not many guys understand this......
Please appreciate "HER"

I hope you will do....

amazing moments.......

My typical weekdays generally begin with the birds chirruping outside my room window , seeing the small biological developments of growing fruits and flowers in our small garden .Followed by invasion of material world gadgets.My scooty then takes me over a short 15 minutes ride starting from small field to the housing societies and then into a place where everything is man made.(the busy roads where spotting a green healthy leave is impossible.)Then comes my office bus taking me far far away from this world , where few people work to earn there bread and butter.(The place has so many trees beside and on the way that it can be called to be situated in a jungle)I have been complaining about the location of the place saying i am lost in jungle and getting away,cut out from the world.I wish my office would have been in The CITY.Little did i ever realise that i was gifted.After many days i was in the city yesterday.Between the huge multistoreyed buildings, between the never will be empty roads , between the smoke , the noise , the pollution.And then came flashing the amazing moments the jungle has given me. The squirrel dancing on the trees to cracking a nut, a big snail crawling along the road ,the seasonal flowers along the paths , the mushrooms (almost 30 cm dia), peacocks and peahens , stories of snakes , the just born birds in there nests ,to the dancing feather falling down from a tree (just imagine a feather falling down ,swirling along like that beautiful girl in flowing gown in a ball dance). Just cant imagine i had taken them for granted.The few hours in traffic yesterday made me realise, that our nature is just awesome.Wonder how many more surprises for me are in store. I am desperalety waiting to get amused.

Kind attention pls: Do anything to save our nature. Its precious.

VIEW........... The difference making catalyst

“Fed up!!Screwed!!Exhausted!!..............I am giving up!!! “I was taken aback, as these poignant words reached my ears .The person sitting next to me in the bus was speaking out to a friend on the phone. “Problems, problems and problems…….my life itself is a problem……nobody likes me……….nothing good happens with me ……..no fun in my life, it’s a failure. I DON’T WANT TO BE BORN AGAIN AS THE SAME PERSON.”
And I went down the memory lane. Few years back I had heard a story. Plot I hardly remember, but the message is clear and straight as it was then. Here it goes, as every story begins- “Once upon a time…….
Once upon a time fed up of the problems in there lives, people of a certain village went to GOD to register complaints. They all felt the share of their lives, they were having was not justified. They felt their life was a burden whiles others was happier. Taking note of hundreds of complaints the Ministry of Life gave a common appointment time to all. It was informed that every person would bring there problems filled in a rucksack on the day at meeting place. The day came. The central table chaired by THE ALMIGHTY, other ministers and representatives of people .All other people were present in the hall next to the board room with their rucksacks seeing the proceedings through videoconference. The meeting concluded with the decision that the people having problem with his life would leave the rucksack there overnight. The lot will be collected and stored safely maintaining the secrecy of ownership. Next day people would come and pick any of the rucksack from the lot available there. The ocean of people with there burdens filled in rucksack was now thinking upon the action to be taken. Slowly the mass started dispersing. And to my surprise I hear that nobody had left there rucksacks. The speaker said it was so because for us, life of other people seems easy. But when it comes to living it, no one would like to be in others shoes. Another point added was every individual is supplied with the resources needed to fight the situation. HE would not allow anything to happen to you that HE and you cannot handle together.
All one needs is faith, hope and self-belief. Desire to learn the beautiful life, zeal to live the mesmerizing phases and courage to fight the intricacies. LIFE .The word in itself has so much fascination. Search for synonyms and u will find- existence, living, being. Having earned this big gift, I wonder how come people miss out on the larger, colorful, beautiful, fascinating part of it. Instead they feel sorry for the dark part, keep brooding over it and miss out the happy bus ride. Life seems to have a very simple rule if observed and followed. Enjoy, Learn, Move ahead and be Happy. Problems are part of life, then why crib? Search for solutions instead, it would be an adventurous ride. Sad moments come to teach us something, learn and march ahead to face life strongly. Every moment has got its value .LIVE IT.!!!

My Country

"India is my country. I Love my country and I am proud of its......................." and goes the national pledge every Indian school child takes throughout the schooling. 15th August and 26th January are celebrated days.(Today I miss those flags, chocolates and sweets.) 63 years ,India has progressed.There's prosperity though with negative elements marring its progress and hampering growth. Had it not been ,some people predict our nation will be on top of world.(sometimes indicating- nothing can be done anymore. pun intended)Few days back listening to a discussion i heard someone making this statement.Was happy to know rest all opposed the statement.It is an answer to that group which thinks this Gen Y doesn't care about the nation .We do and are proud of it. Just our ways are different.
As goes an advertisement -"India, the land for all seasons. India, the land for all reasons."
Just look beneath the grown moth ,you will find the blossoming soul.
Long live my country.
Jai ho !!!

Reaction to Reaction

sorrow,anger,stress,anxiety,loneliness.......the negative emotions seem to be in plenty these days ,compared to positive ones among people.Moresoover in the past few days i saw people remembering there bad days even in the jolly times.This seems to have only one result.Instead of enjoying the present it only decreases the value of there present moment.Among all these i came across a autorikshaw driving in front of me.It said " Mukaam dhundhne bheja hai iss zameen par usne.....Par yakeen hai mujhe mera khuda manzil ka rasta bhi dega" .Just two lines ....but solution to all problem i have been seeing in the past few days in and around me. The problems ranged from relations to unfilled expectations, broken hopes to shattered dreams.And reactions to them varied in only two fashions.Either it was faught back or just surrendered. The auto driver had the perfect answer to the problems.Have faith,hope and belief in yourself and the Almighty and proceed in life.

Here comes the rain drops...........

Here comes monsoon…..
The season of rain is back bringing relief from the hot scorching summer days.The tip tap of drops , the fragrance of wet mud,the new green leaves , budding lilies all's back.Some things worth trying for this season would be………
1.Get some hot bhajiyas, a cup of tea/coffee and ease yourself near the window with a book or some music or those old photo albums.The tip tap of rain drops,the rustle of leaves will be a soothing experience.
2.Get on a long drive towards the country side with a close friend.The crisp clean air,the fragrant aroma across the wild green flora, miles long untouched landscape is a spectacle to watch.
3.On a clear day try mountain climbing with close pals.Move along on a path never tried with the chirping of birds and the wild flowers midway.The hidden surprises on the way and finally a treat atop to the discovery would be a memory to cherish.
Its time for a holiday outside the packed AC rooms.Enjoy. Happy monsoon.

mamma bird and the baby bird....

way back to home from office ,walking towards the bus stop today , me and my colleagues spotted a tiny dark green baby bird sitting on a small bush,almost camoufalged by the surrounding leaves.It was staring around,little scared,may be little wondering(as we spotted that,it might have also spotted us....).It resembled a sparrow,was coloured black and had a streak of yellow line on the beak like a yellow chaplin moustache.The tiny little black beauty,was so near to me,i wanted to play with it(wonder it was he bird or she bird).I controlled my feelings and started taking pictures.Slowly went nearby ,carefull that it should not fly out.Just then a person passed by us showing me where that baby bird mother was.I was awe stuck.The mamma bird was sitting atop on the next tree and had her complete attention on its baby.We were informed its the way the mamma bird teaches her baby how to fly.She leaves them alone for some time and hides watching there moments.In anycase danger comes around she is all set to rescue.This bird specie was small but was told can even save there baby from eagles.I have read stories about,heard from elders,that experience is the best teacher.An experience lives through us, and is cherished.It is probably because it teaches a lesson or gives joy.Saw that today and feeling the same happening around.Some times they are through taxing modes and sometime gala times.It was time for the bus to come and we had to leave.I dont know what happened to that baby bird,how she learned flying ,did any danger came around , how would have mamma bird saved her.But i hope and feel things would have gone smoothly.After the baby bird grows up, i might not be able to recognise it, but hope the baby bird would have added my presence in her learning lessons.

HOD yaad aya...........

“Seamless tube”……….today while designing a fixture ,as my sir spoke the word, I went down the memory lane…………..the 2nd year B.Tech MOS class. The class had almost full attendance that day with pin drop silence. It was HOD lecture period. No one in campus would dare miss it. And lecturer after dictating problem was meticulously drawing the scaled figure on the blackboard. His people I am sure will never forget his figure drawing procedure. It was made sure that the whole figure is correct, in sense of geometry and scaled dimensions .To give a feel of it, if two lines are supposed to be parallel, u will see them parallel on the board, without break, the lines would flow parallel only. And if they are to be perpendicular you can measure them, they will be perpendicular to the point. Two parts with same thickness will be same without any error. This all he did with complete attention. For example, two make an I-section, initially two rectangles were made, then a thin line at the axis. After which some offsets would be marked for the central section and axis wiped out. The unwanted parts of initial rectangles next. And we students in the class just scribbled the figure with pen. Thus could not wipe out the unwanted parts of figure drawn along with him on out notebooks. This quite irritated us initially, till we got used to it. That day, a problem on seamless tube was being solved. The day, of all those four years, when I was standing in the class being scolded by him. The only one day that it was. One of my classmate murmured “senseless tube” because he had made the mistake of making figure along with lecture and now he will have to do it all over again. As the words reached the benches in and around him, there was a smile on faces. And I got caught smiling, then rounds of investigating, scolding to find out the culprit. I was being scolded, but somewhere deep was enjoying also. A feeling I still don’t understand. But the strange thing I observed that day was HOD reaction, when he heard why I was smiling. There was no sign of any expression over that face. It was all same, pale and with not even a single nerve moving. It all ended on a good note. He scolded, investigated and left all of us .but; I feel he must have surely laughed his way back to his room. Guess there’s a lesson hidden there. A way to control the most notorious, hard to manage group of students.

An year as graduate……

It is May end ………that part of the year which from the schooldays has been gripping.The month when I used to eagerly wait for my results for the year that had passed.Year by year I grew up ,step by step, stage by stage, learning ,assimilating, growing and clearing up.And with all this dreaming…….dreaming for a joyfull life.Last may I became a graduate. Milestone reached.The ride was rocking.Throughout there were friends,teachers,classmates,books,playgrounds and results.All there for me anytime, holding hands, teaching life.This one year past has been absorbing.It was fun at times and taxing at others.I earned a job.Landed up in a world which can be called a battlefield for which I was being trained and educated.Its rat race here.One has to provehis/her mettle or they will just be crushed.Yesterday I met Nandita.My school subjuniour.Both of us had the same feelings………….”sab bade ho gaye”.Yes we have entered that world of so called bade log.And I hope my part will still be filled with fun ,adventure till end.

Technology .........

Its Technology Day............from morning to evening its part of life at every stage. Among all, the communication technology has brought changes which are mesmerizing. There were those days of trunk
calls.........that post man ,those letters .And now we might find people who might say- what is all that .....or all that’s bygone era. I feel happy to be part of both. It brings nostalgia when memories of exchanging letters with my friends come to my mind. It was till last year that I still had a friend of mine with whom I exchanged letters. Waiting for postman to come and expecting to deliver the letter is not as boring as few of my friends tell. The fascination has its own contentment which I cannot explain. These SMS and mails have brought in instant contact. But I still miss that personal touch of letters. My friend was shocked the other day when he got to know that in this age of mails and twitters, I write letters. I could not explain him.....the charm it has. In those letters at length we described our experiences, our thoughts, our feelings....... (Sometimes even illegally added small chunks of papers in inland letters to write more) .There was so much thought process also going in which I find missing in todays sms and chat boxes. I wish I again get one friend who would also like to communicate with the same means. Instantness is what we have got today with this technology. Thanks to those techies for that. Anyways me being a engineer, making life easy, accessible is what we are for and propose to use the technology to stay at ease. But I would recommend try once........write a letter to good old friend of yours......and feel the essence. It’s enthralling.
